Terms of Service

Effective July 19, 2026 · Version 1.0

These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of WorkWorry services.

1. Who we are

WorkWorry is a brand operated by ANNA IAKUSHKO PR Novi Sad, a sole proprietor registered in the Republic of Serbia.

  • Registered address: Preradovićeva 139, Floor 1, Apartment 111, 21132 Petrovaradin, Novi Sad, Serbia
  • Registration number: 68668255
  • Tax ID / PIB: 115826640
  • Email: support@workworry.com

In these Terms, “WorkWorry,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the legal seller identified above.

2. The service

WorkWorry provides online career advisory and job-search support delivered by human specialists through a private online workspace.

We currently focus on:

  • Marketing roles, including growth, performance, digital, product, content, SEO, CRM, lifecycle, demand generation, marketing operations, brand, social, community, partnerships, and related marketing roles; and
  • Customer Success and related post-sale roles, including Customer Success, Client Success, Account Management, Strategic Account Management, Onboarding, Implementation, Retention, Renewals, Customer Education, and related roles.

We may accept closely related cases where the candidate’s background and target role substantially overlap with these areas.

WorkWorry is not a recruitment agency, staffing agency, employer, legal adviser, financial adviser, or licensed mental-health service.

3. No hiring guarantee

We help with parts of the job search that the customer can influence, such as role targeting, positioning, CV and LinkedIn clarity, applications, recruiter communication, interview preparation, and job-search decisions.

We do not guarantee:

  • interviews;
  • employment;
  • job offers;
  • salary levels;
  • response rates;
  • acceptance by a recruiter or employer;
  • any specific hiring outcome.

Recruiters and employers make their own independent decisions.

4. Products

One Question

One Question is a review of one real job-search question using the context and files reasonably required to answer it.

The service normally includes:

  • one HR-reviewer perspective;
  • one Marketing or Customer Success specialist perspective;
  • one coordinated summary;
  • practical next steps; and
  • clarification related to the original question.

The current price and expected response time are shown before purchase.

Team Chat

Team Chat provides asynchronous support through a private workspace for the purchased 14-, 30-, or 90-day period.

Unless the order page states otherwise:

  • there is no message or question limit during the active support period;
  • questions must relate to the supported job-search case;
  • replies are asynchronous rather than live or 24/7;
  • the target response time is within 24 hours or less;
  • the service does not renew automatically.

The support period begins when WorkWorry starts substantive delivery and records the service start in the workspace. If a different start rule is shown before purchase, that rule forms part of the order.

5. Automatic checkout and post-payment scope review

WorkWorry uses automatic checkout. We do not manually approve every case before payment.

After successful payment, WorkWorry reviews whether the case falls within our current Marketing or Customer Success expertise.

If we reasonably conclude that we do not have the appropriate specialist competence to provide the promised level of service:

  • we will tell you promptly;
  • we will not start or consume the paid support period; and
  • we will initiate a full refund to the original payment method.

This is a scope decision about our current expertise, not a judgment about the customer’s career or employability.

6. Account and customer responsibilities

You agree to:

  • provide accurate contact and payment information;
  • submit only materials you are entitled to share;
  • remove confidential third-party information that is not needed for the review;
  • avoid knowingly providing false professional history, qualifications, results, or metrics;
  • use the service lawfully and respectfully;
  • keep workspace access secure;
  • tell us promptly about unauthorized access.

You remain responsible for the truth and accuracy of any CV, profile, application, or message you ultimately send to an employer.

WorkWorry may suggest wording or structure, but you must verify that every factual claim is true.

7. Files and third-party information

You may submit CVs, job posts, recruiter messages, interview notes, screenshots, and other relevant materials.

Do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal data, trade secrets, medical information, government identifiers, banking details, or third-party confidential information.

By submitting material, you confirm that WorkWorry may process it only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, improve, and document the service in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8. Prices, currency, and payment

Prices are shown before purchase, normally in USD.

Available payment methods are displayed during secure checkout. Payments may be processed by an approved third-party payment provider.

WorkWorry does not store full payment-card details.

You are responsible for any bank conversion charges, issuer charges, or taxes imposed directly on you by third parties, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

9. Refunds and cancellation

Our voluntary refund guarantees and cancellation rules are described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

In summary:

  • One Question has a satisfaction refund window after answer delivery.
  • Team Chat has a full-refund window at the beginning of the service.
  • Out-of-scope cases are fully refunded by WorkWorry.
  • Full refunds are not reduced by WorkWorry’s payment-processing fees.
  • Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Starting service during a withdrawal period

Where applicable law gives you a statutory withdrawal period, you may be asked at checkout to expressly request that WorkWorry begin providing the service before that period expires.

If service begins at your express request and you later exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, applicable law may permit a proportionate charge for the part already provided. Once a service has been fully performed, the statutory right of withdrawal may end where the legal requirements for that consequence have been satisfied.

The voluntary WorkWorry refund guarantees may provide more favorable rights and do not reduce mandatory rights.

11. Communications and response times

WorkWorry may communicate through:

  • the private workspace;
  • email;
  • another channel you expressly choose.

Displayed response times are targets, not guarantees of an exact reply time, unless the order expressly states otherwise.

We will notify you of material delays.

12. Acceptable use

You may not use WorkWorry to:

  • create materially false credentials or work history;
  • impersonate another person;
  • harass, threaten, or abuse staff or third parties;
  • upload malicious code;
  • interfere with service security;
  • scrape, resell, or systematically reproduce the service;
  • violate law or third-party rights.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect people, systems, or legal rights. If access is restricted, refund rights will depend on the reason, service already provided, and mandatory law.

13. Intellectual property

WorkWorry owns its website, branding, original templates, service methods, and original materials, except for customer or third-party materials.

You may use the advice and deliverables provided for your own personal job search.

You may not resell, publish, or commercially distribute WorkWorry materials without written permission.

You retain ownership of your original materials.

14. Confidentiality

We treat customer workspace content as private and limit access to people and providers who need it to deliver, secure, administer, or legally support the service.

No internet service can promise absolute security. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Third-party services

WorkWorry may rely on third-party providers for hosting, email, storage, analytics, communications, security, and payments.

Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices. WorkWorry remains responsible for its own obligations and does not control outages or decisions made independently by third-party payment providers, banks, employers, recruiters, or job platforms.

16. Availability and changes

We may update the website, workspace, product presentation, or internal delivery process.

A material change will not reduce the scope of an already-paid order without your agreement or an appropriate remedy.

17. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkWorry is responsible only for direct loss caused by our breach of these Terms or applicable law.

WorkWorry is not responsible for:

  • employer or recruiter decisions;
  • loss caused by false or incomplete information provided by the customer;
  • third-party platform changes or outages;
  • indirect, speculative, or consequential loss where exclusion is lawful.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, or any mandatory consumer right.

18. Complaints

Complaints may be submitted to support@workworry.com.

We will acknowledge electronic complaints and handle them under the process described in the Legal Notice and Complaints page.

19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections that apply in the consumer’s country of residence.

Before formal proceedings, both sides should try in good faith to resolve the issue directly.

Where applicable, consumers may also use competent out-of-court dispute-resolution bodies or courts.

20. Changes to these Terms

The version accepted for an order remains associated with that order.

We may update these Terms for future use. The effective date and version appear at the top of this page.

21. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be sent to support@workworry.com.
