Complaints
You may submit a complaint electronically to support@workworry.com.
Please include:
- your name;
- account email;
- order number or another proof of purchase;
- the service concerned;
- a short description of the issue;
- the remedy you request.
We will acknowledge receipt electronically and provide a complaint reference number.
We aim to provide a written or electronic decision within 8 days after receipt.
Where a complaint is accepted, we aim to resolve it within 15 days unless another lawful period applies or an extension is agreed where permitted.
Our response will state:
- whether the complaint is accepted;
- the reason if it is not accepted;
- the proposed resolution;
- the expected resolution date where accepted.
We keep an electronic complaints record for the legally required period.

Out-of-court dispute resolution
Before starting an out-of-court consumer dispute, a customer should first submit a complaint to WorkWorry.
If a complaint is rejected or not resolved, we will provide information about available competent out-of-court consumer-dispute bodies where required.
