This policy explains how WorkWorry uses cookies, local storage, pixels, server-side events, and similar technologies.
1. Who we are

2. What these technologies do
They may:
- keep accounts and sessions working;
- remember preferences;
- protect the service from abuse;
- understand website use;
- measure checkout and purchase performance;
- measure advertising campaigns;
- prevent duplicate events.
3. Categories
Necessary
Used for:
- authentication;
- session security;
- checkout continuity;
- fraud prevention;
- consent storage;
- load balancing and core website operation.
These technologies are used where necessary to provide the service.
Analytics
Used to understand website use and improve performance.
Current analytics provider:
- Google Analytics 4
Advertising measurement
Used to measure advertising performance and attribute events.
Current advertising technologies:
- Meta Pixel
- Meta Conversions API
- campaign and UTM identifiers
Meta Conversions API delivery may occur without setting a browser cookie, but it is still blocked unless Advertising consent has been explicitly granted.
4. Consent
Analytics and advertising technologies do not activate until you choose to allow them. Without a current saved choice, both optional categories remain off.
The consent interface should offer:
- Accept all;
- Reject non-essential;
- Manage preferences.
You may change or withdraw your choice later through Privacy choices.
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred lawfully before withdrawal.
Closing the preferences panel without saving does not grant consent. A materially newer consent-policy version requires a new choice.

WorkWorry also uses first-party browser storage for checkout continuity and, after Analytics consent, visitor and attribution context. Meta Conversions API does not require its own browser cookie and remains subject to Advertising consent.
6. Browser controls
You can usually delete or block cookies through browser settings.
Blocking necessary technologies may prevent login, checkout, or workspace functions from working correctly.
7. Third-party controls
Analytics and advertising providers may offer their own privacy or advertising controls.
Their processing is also governed by their own privacy notices.
8. Changes
We may update this policy when technologies or providers change.
The effective date and version appear at the top.
