Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective July 19, 2026 Version 1.0
This policy explains WorkWorry’s voluntary money-back guarantees, scope-review refunds, cancellation rules, and statutory consumer rights.
1. Full refund means full refund
When this policy promises a full refund, WorkWorry refunds the full amount paid by the customer.
We do not deduct payment-provider or acquiring fees from the customer’s full refund.
Refunds are sent to the original payment method wherever technically possible.
2. One Question money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the One Question answer, you may request a full refund.
Conditions:
- contact us within 7 calendar days after the main answer is delivered;
- identify the relevant order;
- no detailed explanation is required.
You may simply write:
I would like a refund under the One Question money-back guarantee.
Clarification requested within the included clarification window does not remove this guarantee.
3. Team Chat 72-hour money-back guarantee
For 14-, 30-, and 90-day Team Chat plans, you may request a full refund during the first 72 hours.
The window begins when payment is successfully confirmed.
If WorkWorry activates the workspace later than the payment confirmation, the voluntary guarantee remains available until at least 72 hours after workspace activation.
No detailed explanation is required.
4. Out-of-scope cases
WorkWorry currently specializes in Marketing and Customer Success / Account Management roles and closely related roles.
After payment, we conduct a human scope review.
If we determine that the case is outside our current specialist competence:
- we will tell you promptly;
- we will not consume the paid support period; and
- we will initiate a full refund.
The customer does not need to request this refund.
5. Duplicate, erroneous, or unauthorized payments
Contact support@workworry.com promptly if:
- you paid twice;
- the wrong product or amount was charged;
- you believe a payment was unauthorized;
- a technical error created an incorrect order.
Confirmed duplicate or erroneous charges will be fully refunded.
Unauthorized-payment claims may also require review by the payment provider or bank.
6. Failure or material delay by WorkWorry
You are entitled to an appropriate remedy if WorkWorry:
- cannot begin the purchased service;
- materially fails to deliver the promised scope;
- cancels the service for reasons not caused by customer misconduct;
- causes a material delay and cannot agree a reasonable new delivery plan.
Depending on the circumstances, the remedy may be a full refund, partial refund, service extension, or replacement delivery. Mandatory rights always apply.
7. Requests after the voluntary guarantee window
A request made after the voluntary guarantee window is reviewed based on:
- work already delivered;
- remaining service period;
- any material undelivered commitment;
- the reason service ended;
- applicable consumer law.
We do not use the voluntary guarantee window to remove statutory rights.
8. Statutory withdrawal rights
Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance service contract.
Where applicable, WorkWorry provides withdrawal information and a model withdrawal form.
If you expressly request service to begin during a statutory withdrawal period and later withdraw, applicable law may permit a proportionate charge for the service already provided.
If the service has been fully performed, a statutory withdrawal right may end where the legally required prior express request and acknowledgement were obtained.
WorkWorry’s voluntary guarantees may be more favorable than statutory rules.
9. How to request a refund or withdrawal
Email: support@workworry.com
Include:
- order number;
- account email;
- product;
- short statement that you want a refund or are exercising a withdrawal right.
For the voluntary One Question and 72-hour guarantees, no detailed justification is required.
You may also use the Withdrawal Form where applicable.
10. Processing time
We aim to review and initiate eligible refunds within 5 business days.
After initiation, the payment provider or bank may take additional time to display the refund.
We will send confirmation when the refund has been initiated.
11. Cancellation of future service
WorkWorry products do not renew automatically unless the checkout expressly states otherwise.
A Team Chat customer may ask to stop further work at any time. Whether a refund is due depends on this policy, work already delivered, and applicable law.
12. Upgrade credit
Where shown in the offer, a One Question customer may upgrade to Team Chat within the displayed period and receive the One Question price as plan credit.
An upgrade credit and a refund cannot both be applied to the same One Question payment.
13. Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact support@workworry.com first so we can try to resolve the issue quickly.
This request does not restrict any right you have under law, your bank’s rules, or the payment provider’s rules.
14. Abuse and fraud
The money-back guarantees are designed to be simple and customer-friendly.
WorkWorry may investigate clear payment fraud, identity abuse, or repeated bad-faith exploitation. This does not affect legitimate consumer rights or genuine dissatisfaction claims.
